Pumpkin Cupcakes with Maple Buttercream

These are pumpkin cupcakes frosted with maple buttercream.

Pumpkin Cupcake Recipe
Pre Heat: 350 Degrees Makes: 24 Cupcakes
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Softened Butter
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups of sugar
1 can of Pumpkin
3 Cups of flour
1 Cup of Buttermilk
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon All Spice
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

Directions:
Beat sugar and butter with mixer for 2 minutes. Add eggs and continue to mix. In a separate bowl mix the canned pumpkin and buttermilk. In another bowl mix cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, all spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Alternate adding the pumpkin mixture and flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
