I made this topsy turvy cake for my sister Rebecca’s 20th birthday. This is the first topsy turvy cake I have ever made. I used the 6 and 8 inch Fat Daddio Mad Dadder cake pans to create the slanted cakes. The cake is almond poppy seed and covered in marshmallow fondant. I used fondant cutter to create the stripes of fondant and various sized flower cutters to create the flowers. The number 20 was made with fondant.
