2 Cups of thawed or fresh berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, any kind of berry works)
3/4 Cups of Milk
4 Cups of non-fat plain yogurt (low-fat or regular will work)
1/3 Cup of sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Puree berries in a food processor or blender. In a separate bowl mix the milk and sugar until all of the sugar has disolved. Add the berry puree, yogurt, and vanilla to the milk and sugar mixture. Put the mixture in the freezer for aproximately 30 minutes.
Follow instructions on your ice cream maker.
